Public Relations UPNVJ - After going through the selection stage at the university level, Jannatul Jasmine and Muhammad Israfil successfully passed and entered the next stage to go to the national level selection for the 2024 Kemendikbudristek Student Achievement Election (Pilmapres).
They competed with 3 (three) other students who were assessed directly by 5 (five) assessors who were UPN "Veteran" Jakarta lecturers.
"In its implementation, there are 7 (seven) assessment categories in this stage which include competition, recognition, awards, organizational career, work results, empowerment or humanitarian and entrepreneurial actions," said Edo Janfien, the organizing committee and the UPNVJ Student Affairs Section, when met at the Bhinneka Tunggal Auditorium. Ika on Friday (22/03/24).
Not only that, Edo also explained that there are also aspects of ethical and language assessment in students conveying their creative ideas and innovative products today.
This activity will be held for the first time in 2022 with the principles of honesty, transparency and openness; Decency which includes integrity, emotional stability, critical thinking, and freedom from radical ideas; Spirit of healthy competition and cooperation; and Equality (non-discrimination).
Requirements for Finalists in the 2024 Presidential Election
There are several important requirements which include:
1. registered with PD-Dikti and active as a Bachelor program student,
2. maximum semester VIII,
3. Not more than 23 years old on January 1, 2024 as proven by a Resident Identity Card (KTP);
4. Never been a finalist in the national presidential election;
5. Attach a cover letter from the head of the faculty for student affairs
6. (Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation) who stated that he was the official representative of outstanding undergraduate students from his faculty. Each faculty can only send 1 (one) undergraduate program participant;
7. Have good English language skills; And
8. Have achievements in academic/or non-academic fields
