Public Relations of UPNVJ - Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) held a capacity building activity in Yogyakarta for three days on November 18-20, 2024. This activity is a form of UPNVJ's appreciation to its employees for their collective contribution in placing UPNVJ in 2nd place in terms of the achievement of the 2024 Kemendikbudristek Main Performance Indicators (IKU).

Also present at the capacity building, UPNVJ Chancellor Anter Venus emphasized the importance of training and continuing education to improve employee competency, both in terms of technical, managerial, and soft skills.

"This aims to support changes and demands for the development of the increasingly dynamic world of education and administration," he said, in front of at least 124 UPNVJ employees.

"I hope that after we do this activity, we can all be more optimal in working. All employees can also improve their understanding and skills in information technology, both for academic and non-academic administration and not only that, performance achievements can also begin to be improved, Venus continued.

In line with Venus, UPNVJ Vice Chancellor for Planning, Finance and General Affairs Netti Herawati said that capacity building aims to strengthen solidarity among employees and superiors.

Through this activity, Netti hopes that UPNVJ employees can improve collaboration and synergy so that all tasks can be carried out more easily and optimally.
