UPNVJ Students Achieve International Achievements in India

HumasUPNVJ - Muhammad Bariq Rifqi Pasha and Khoirunnisa Qurrota'ayun Nur Utami, UPN Veterans Jakarta Faculty of Medicine students have won extraordinary achievements at the international level, namely the East Asian Medical Students' Conference (EAMSC 2020) . This activity lasts for 5 days starting from 5 – 10 January 2020, which is located in India.

The beginning of 2020 was lucky for Bariq and Koirunnisa because they were able to represent Indonesia, especially as representatives of the BK Asian Medical Students' Association (AMSA) FK UPNVJ in this prestigious event which was able to win 1st place in a public poster entitled First Aid Burn Injuries with “ GET 4C” at the East Asian Medical Students' Conference (EAMSC 2020) : India with the theme “Emergency Medicine: When Seconds Count”. This activity was attended by medical faculty students from 11 countries and on an international scale. The number of participants who took part in this competition were 44 participants from 11 tertiary institutions with different countries and in particular 24 participants took part in the field of public posters.

Khoirunnisa representing Bariq gave a message to his other friends to always be enthusiastic and not afraid to try, "If you don't try, you won't know the results. The important thing is to try your best, pray, the rest let God judge and decide.” he said
