MOTRA (MODERN & TRADITIONAL) 2015 LEARNING BY DOING ENTERPREUNEUR INFORMATION SYSTEM FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE UPN “VETERAN” JAKARTA

Under the guidance of Mr. Ruddy Ho as a Lecturer in Business Knowledge, students who took the Business Knowledge Course in Information System Study Program FIK UPNVJ, on Thursday 4 June 2015 implemented the knowledge they had learned in class by holding social services, exhibitions and open bazaars for public. The event, which opened at 08.00 WIB and ended at 15.00 WIB, took the theme of Modern and Traditional Building an Entrepreneurial Spirit from Students, for Students and for Students by marketing domestic and foreign products. Taking place at the UPNVJ Basketball Court, this event succeeded in gathering audiences from outside UPNVJ such as the local community by selling cheap "SEMBAKO" and a household needs bazaar.

According to Rahmat Juniarto as Vice Chair and also a 2012 batch student, this event aims to train students to be entrepreneurs and become entrepreneurs . There were 12 stands from 2 classes that took this subject which also participated in this MOTRA. The types that they sell are very diverse, ranging from snacks or snacks, souvenirs , accessories to basic necessities, clothes and shoes. The hope that can be conveyed is that students are able to implement the knowledge that has been obtained and if by holding this event it can become a provision for us in the future. Apart from that, we hope that events like this can continue every year and the implementation will get better.
