In the context of the 2nd Anniversary of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, an open senate meeting was held with the agenda of handing over the assets of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta as a state university to the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education represented by the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance. On this occasion UPN "Veteran" Jakarta simultaneously signed an MoU with Raja Ali Haji Maritime University, Tanjung Pinang, Riau Islands Province and signed an MoU with the Director General of Village Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs and gave a memento to the former Chancellor and former PPS Director.

At 11.00 WIB, the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Anniversary Celebration was held by cutting the tumpeng by the Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ir. EDDY S. SILADJ, M.Sc.Eng along with the Vice Chancellors. Then it was continued with the distribution of prizes to the winners of academic and non-academic competitions which were attended by the academic community, lecturers and staff of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. This event was also enlivened by a colossal dance performance from members of the Jakarta Veterans Dance Art UKM (STVJ) and a choir from the GITA ADVAYATVA Student Choir (PSMGA) as entertainment that accompanied lunch together.
