OPEN SELECTION OF PRATAMA HIGH LEAD OFFICERS (ECHELON II)

AND GENERAL AND FINANCE BUREAU OF UPN "VETERAN" JAKARTA
In order to fill the vacancies of 2 (two) seats for the positions of Head of the Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation Bureau (AKPK) and Head of the General Affairs and Finance Bureau, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta opened the registration for the candidate for the Head of the Bureau.
After going through several stages of selection such as Administrative Selection, Written Selection and Psychotest, 3 (three) candidates for Head of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation Bureau (AKPK) and 3 (three) candidates for Head of General Affairs and Finance Bureau to take part in an open selection (interview) ).
The candidates for Head of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation Bureau (AKPK) who took part in the open selection were 1) Drs. Subakdi, MM ; 2) Dr. Drs. Suyatno, MM and 3) Dr. dr. Siti Aminah, MAB, while the candidates for the Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance who took part in the open selection were 1) Dr. Drs. Suyatno, MM; 2) Sugeng Siswanto and 3) Drs. Subakdi, MM.
Implementation of the open selection of candidates for the Head of Academic, Student Affairs, Planning and Cooperation Bureau (AKPK) was on Wednesday April 5 2017 at the Nusantara I meeting room Gd. General Sudirman Lt. 2. At the same place, on Thursday April 6 2017, an open selection was held for candidates for the Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance. Acting as the open selection team were 1) Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA (Vice Chancellor for General Affairs & Finance at UPN 'Veteran' Jakarta ;2) Dr. Ir. Halim Mahfud, M.Sc (Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs & Cooperation at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta; 3) Dr. Susanta, M.Si (UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta) ;4) Ir. Pramono Djoko Fewidarti, M.Sc (IPB) and 5) Kurnia Nugraha, ST, MT (Untirta).
In their 20-minute presentation, each participant conveyed their vision and mission regarding the development and quality improvement plans for the bureau they would lead if elected. Hopefully whoever will be elected as Head of the AKPK Bureau or Head of the General Affairs & Finance Bureau can improve the performance of the Bureau.
