In connection with the new tenure of the Dean of FIK, yesterday afternoon Vice Rector II for Finance and General Affairs Dr. Erna Hernawati, Ak, CPMA, CA carried out an outreach regarding the Work Program and Activity Budget with the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) and staff in the Meeting Room of the FIK UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Building, Tuesday (30/01/18).

Deputy Chancellor II accompanied by Head of Planning & Cooperation, Head of LP3M, and Head of Finance along with Head of Civil Service conveyed a number of matters related to their respective duties and functions to be informed to the Dean of FIK.

The main discussion that was conveyed in this socialization was regarding the work program of the FIK Dean and arrears for positions for the period December 31 2017 as well as a summary of currently registered FIK employees. During the socialization this time, the Vice Chancellor II also conveyed information on what should be done in the near term, especially regarding activity budget plans, a summary of the total teaching fees for lecturers, and other information related to this year's budget. The Head of the Finance Division also added that UPNVJ employees are required to print twice.

On the occasion when being interviewed by the Dean of FIK Dr. Ermatita, M.Kom said that regarding the socialized budget, she would coordinate with her team. In addition, he also said "the initial stage that I will do in the near future is to improve the performance of employees and all FIK academics to get to excellent service. We need permanent guidelines and regulations for employees, education staff and students. I hope that FIK can be better known in terms of achievements and hopefully that all of us in FIK can unite to advance FIK UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, " he concluded.
