This time the ISO workshop presented speakers, namely Ir. Sholichin Agung Darmawan (Managing Director of PT. Decra Indonesia) who was discussed on the first day of the Workshop regarding the differences and implementation of the Gap Assessment namely data collection towards ISO 9001: 2015 by appointing an internal auditor UPNVJ. On the second day of the workshop, it was continued with a Gap Analysis , namely viewing and analyzing several risks in several faculties that were found by UPNVJ's internal auditors.

On the occasion when being interviewed by Ir. Sholichin Agung Darmawan conveyed the difference between the previous ISO and the current one "The difference between the previous ISO and the current ISO is that ISO 9001:2008 is performance-based, while ISO 9001:2015 is more based on organizational sustainability, so ISO 9001:2015 is originally from risk management. UPNVJ must identify any risks that could hinder UPNVJ before building the system.” He also conveyed "my suggestion is to follow up in the future that UPNVJ must create a risk management framework. I also hope that everyone can commit well and continue to apply PIKIR's work culture in carrying out their work," he said.

According to the Head of LP3M Dra. Intan Hesti Indriana, MM motivated the holding of the ISO 9001:2015 Workshop to realize the UPNVJ Vision, namely Towards Legal Entity, Innovative, Competitive Higher Education with National Defense Identity in 2025. He also conveyed the follow-up that he would do, namely compiling a Risk Profile (assessment or conclusions on the ability and willingness of investors to bear an investment risk) from this later on indicators that will become UPNVJ's quality targets will be determined, he also expressed his hope "I hope UPNVJ's performance can run better according to the track with the commitment that still. And continue to apply the PIKIR work culture because I am optimistic that this work culture can improve the performance of employees in the UPNVJ environment," he concluded.
