UPNVJ Holds Student Management Skills Training (PKMM) for Student Organization Managers in 2019

UPNVJ Public Relations - Various activities were carried out in an effort to make the UPNVJ campus better, one of which was by holding Student Management Skills Training (PKMM) for Student Organization Managers. This year's PKMM was attended by 130 participants from 65 UKM who were accompanied by UKM supervisors and Deputy Deans from each faculty which was held for 2 days starting from 28 February to 1 March 2019, taking place at the Abdul Malik Building PPPPTK Physical Education and BK, Depok West Java.

The first day was opened by remarks by the Chancellor of UPNVJ, Dr. Erna Hernawati Ak., CPMA., CA. then continued with the presentation of material from Didin Wahidin as the Director of Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education regarding the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's Student Development Policy. After giving material from representatives of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, it was followed by material on Leadership which was explained directly by the Chancellor of UPNVJ. In his presentation, he explained that a good leader is a leader who is able to provide positive changes to his members. In addition, he also explained about the good skills that students must have as a leader. After the explanation from the Chancellor of UPNVJ, it was followed by an explanation from the Leader of Veterans Jakarta by representatives of the University's Student Executive Board.

Then after the break it was continued with a presentation of material regarding the Organization and Direction of Student Development Policy at UPNVJ Jakarta by the Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation. After the explanation from the Vice Chancellor III. Followed by an explanation regarding the Preparation of Activity Proposals, Procedures for Submitting Proposals, KAK and Activity Accountability Reporting as well as material regarding Procedures (POB) for the Use of Infrastructure and Financial Accountability Reporting which was explained by the Head of the AKPK Bureau together with the Head of the General Affairs and Finance Bureau. Then the first day of PKMM activities was closed with the presentation of material regarding the Composition of an Output -Based Activity Program which was explained by Rudhy Ho Purnama. According to him, the benefits of this training material are that the participants will be able to formulate and develop an activity program according to the vision and mission that has been set.

This activity will last until tomorrow, filled with several other activities such as Preparation for Discipline Training, then continued with Discipline Training Material by Rindam and Menwa then Exposure and Improvement of Work Programs (Proker) for UKM, Ormawa Universities and Faculties by the Deputy Deans of Student Affairs and Cooperation and AKPK Bureau Heads. And continued with the Ratification of the Ormawa Work Program for the 2019 Fiscal Year, Work Program Guidelines. And the second day's activities were closed with prayer readings and lunch together.
