Humas UPNVJ - On March 3, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta received a visit from 9 students from Selangor University, Malaysia. The purpose of this visit is to establish relations and cooperation between the two parties in the field of education later. And today, March 8 2019, a meeting of the UPNVJ leadership was held with students from the University of Selangor, Malaysia. There are several series of activities carried out by Unisel students at UPNVJ, including studying together in class ( Sit-in ) and in the afternoon volunteering at several orphanages and also conducting joint recitations. The student team from Unisel was in Indonesia for 2 weeks, starting from March 3 to March 17 2019.

This activity was attended by the Chancellor of UPNVJ, Warek, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, lecturers and representatives of UPNVJ students. The event started with remarks from the Dean of FEB, Drs. Munasiron Miftah, MM. And continued with remarks from the Chancellor of UPNVJ. Dr Erna Hernawati Ak., CPMA., CA. In his remarks, he welcomed and expressed his appreciation to the student representatives from the University of Selangor.

The event continued with an introductory session and discussion between UPNVJ and Unisel students. In this discussion session, Unisel students explained that the output produced within the framework of this visit would later be included in an activity called "Choices of Campus Raya" which in Indonesia is known as the general election for the Chairperson of University BEM / University MPM. Apart from that, the Unisel students who attended would compose poems and stories on their blog about what they had done while in Indonesia, especially the activities they had carried out at the Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University.

Hopefully the visit by the students of the University of Selangor can become a bridge between nations.
