HUMAS UPNVJ-Wednesday, January 22 2020, In order to improve the performance of the Faculty Deans at UPN Veteran Jakarta, the Chancellor and the ranks of the Deputy Chancellors of UPN Veteran Jakarta held performance reporting activities for the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in 2019. This activity was held in two places namely in the Soepomo Building, ground floor of the Faculty of Economics and Business, and in the Tanah Airku auditorium on the 4th floor of the Faculty of Engineering building. This activity also invited the heads of bureaus, district heads and lecturers.

The first activity was held at the Faculty of Engineering with the Chancellor of UPN Veteran Jakarta conveying several things in front of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and participants who were present at the Tanah Airku Auditorium Building, 4th floor, Gd. Faculty of Engineering. The Chancellor said that after the performance agreement was made at the beginning of the year and has been implemented in one year 2019, now is the time for evaluation with the presentation of the achievements from the Faculty of Engineering. The Chancellor conveyed that the purpose of this activity was also to find out the achievements of the Faculty of Engineering. "Especially for the Faculty of Engineering, later we will see what performance achievements have been completed properly, whether the performance standards have been met, or there are indicators that have not been achieved. I hope that what has been and has not been achieved can be a reference when the dean will do it in 2020.”

The second activity was held at the Soepomo Building, Faculty of Economics and Business, with opening remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dr.Dianwicakasih Arieftiara, SE.,Ak.,M.Ak.,CA.,CSRS. The Dean said that in 2019 the Faculty of Economics and Business had special conditions due to a change in leadership from the signing of the agreement to the time of implementation. However, the Dean said that previous coordination had been carried out, and according to the Vice Chancellors' directions to write down any obstacles encountered and also find solutions to overcome the unachieved targets, so that later they could be achieved in the future. The Dean also expressed hope for the Chancellor's next direction in fulfilling performance achievements to meet the mutually agreed targets, for the progress of UPN Veteran Jakarta.

The Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta Erna Hernawati in this activity said that after a work agreement had been made between all the deans and Chancellors of UPN Veterans Jakarta, at the beginning of 2019. The Chancellor said that currently the Chancellor wants to see the performance achievements of the Faculty of Economics and Business and will discuss the obstacles. as well as providing the Dean with a draft of the 2020 performance achievements. The Chancellor explained the objectives of this activity, with the signing of a performance achievement agreement, later the dean can immediately work on follow-up plans, actions that must be taken to overcome those that have not been achieved and plans for achievements in 2020. The Chancellor hopes that the dean will have the tools to carry out evaluations, and at the same time to see how far the leadership evaluates target achievements.
