HumasUPNVJ - In the context of UPNVJ's 57th Anniversary, UPNVJ held several activities. One of the series of events was the Workshop which was held on Monday (6/1) in the Hall of the Faculty of Medicine, Gd. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Lt. 3.

This workshop raised the theme, "Building Superior Human Resources for Advanced Indonesia" by inviting three speakers including, Dr. Ir. Hetifah Sjaifudin, MPP (Member of DPR RI Commission X), Buyung Zaelani (Main Secretary of BIN), and Endang Hidayatullah (Director of Human Capital and Bank BNI Compliance).

Asep Kamaluddin as the chairman of the UPNVJ Anniversary committee this year revealed that the theme "Building Superior Human Resources for Advanced Indonesia" was connected with the government's focus on Joko Widodo's leadership period, "The theme we used for the 57th UPNVJ Anniversary was motivated by the focus of Joko's administration. Widodo in his second term is focusing on human resource development. he said

"The purpose of holding the Workshop as one of the series of events for the 57th UPNVJ Anniversary is to find out the analysis of the challenges of developing human resources for advanced Indonesia that are right for Indonesia's development and to find out the human resource development map that will be carried out by the Jokowi-Amien government, besides that I We hope that by holding this activity, UPNVJ, PTN and other PTS can work together to advance Indonesian students." Asep explained.

The event began with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between three UPNs (UPN "Veteran Jakarta, UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta, UPN "Veteran" East Java) and TV One and the signing of an MoU between UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and PT. BNI (Persero), and was opened by the UPNVJ Chancellor, Erna Hernawati in her remarks explaining many things, one of which was regarding National Education "The goal of National Education is to educate the life of the nation and develop the whole Indonesian human being, namely human beings who believe and fear God Almighty. One and has noble character, has knowledge and skills, is physically and spiritually healthy, has a solid and independent personality.” Obviously
