ABOUT

ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS GRADUATE PROGRAM INDEPENDENT SELECTION TRACK
JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY (SEMA UPNVJ) IN 2020

Announced to prospective registrants for the undergraduate program through the UPN Veteran Jakarta Independent Selection (SEMA UPNVJ) year 2020 regarding the acceptance of new undergraduate program students on the UPNVJ SEMA route, including:

1. UPNVJ SEMA S-1 Entrance Path consists of:
   1. The Academic Path uses UTBK Scores and 2020 SBMPTN Pass Status as Graduation criteria.
   2. Achievement Track which uses a combination of passing criteria for academic pathways with Academic/Non-academic Achievements. (Achievements in science, sports and arts Olympiads ranking 1-3 at Regency/City, Provincial, National and International levels for the last 3 years, Hafiz Al-Quran Minimum 10 Juz, Student Council Chair for at least one period and Youtube Content Creator at least 10,000 subscribers) . For Youtube Content Creators and Hafiz Al-Quran, skills tests will be carried out according to the specified schedule.
2. UPNVJ Undergraduate SEMA Selection Provisions:
   1. UPNVJ SEMA S-1 applicants come from UTBK - SBMPTN participants in 2020
   2. Applicants who do not choose a study program at UPN Veteran Jakarta in the 2020 SBMPTN can take part in the 2020 UPNVJ S-1 SEMA.
   3. Applicants can choose a study program according to the requirements of the Senior High School (SMTA) from which each study program originates. Requirements for origin of SMA can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/id/sarjana/sema-upnvj on the Study Program & Capacity menu.
   4. Applicants can only choose 2 (two) study programs.
   5. The registration fee for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ is IDR 275,000 (two hundred seventy five thousand rupiah). Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking). Registration fees that have been paid are not refunded. Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pempembean
3. Registration Schedule for SEMA S-1 UPNVJ:
   Registration for the 2020 UPNVJ SEMA Undergraduate pathway begins Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 07.00WIB - Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 15.00WIB , carried out online via the UPN Veteran Jakarta new student admission registration website: https://penregistran.upnvj.ac .id/
4. UPNVJ SEMA Undergraduate Registration Procedures:
   1. Registrants enter their full name, place of birth, date of birth, UTBK - SBMPTN participant number in 2020, NISN, NPSN, cellphone number and email to get a Form Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Make sure to use an active email
   2. Registrants will be asked to confirm the UTBK - SBMPTN data, if appropriate, they can proceed to the next step by clicking the Save button. If it doesn't match, the applicant is asked to re-check the UTBK – SBMPTN registration data.
   3. Registrants will be provided with Form Number and PIN information, in addition to being sent via email, registrants are expected to record and save the Form Number and PIN.
   4. Registrants make payments through BNI to activate the PIN. Payment instructions can be seen at https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pempembean
   5. After making a payment, the Form Number and PIN can be used to log in and continue with the following steps:
      1. Upload a passport photo
      2. Fill in personal data (Biodata and data of parents/guardians)
      3. Fill in the school data
      4. Choose study program options 1 and 2
      5. Choosing the selection path (Academic or Achievement)
      6. Upload selection documents (for achievement paths)
      7. Filling the capacity of Institutional Development Contribution (SPI)
      8. Download, print, fill out and upload a statement of willingness to pay for the Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) and Single Tuition Fee (UKT)
      9. Check the data that has been filled in, if it is appropriate click Finalize. If you click Finalize then the data will be locked, cannot be edited. Make sure your data is correct.
      10. Print Participant Cards (SEMA Participant Number S-1 UPNVJ)
5. UPNVJ S-1 Undergraduate Education Costs:
   New students of UPNVJ S-1 SEMA who are accepted for the 2020/2021 academic year, the amount of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institution Development Contribution (SPI) for new students in the table below:

   Payments can be made at BNI via (Teller, ATM and Internet Banking) on ​​25 August 2020 13.00 WIB - 31 August 2020 16.00 WIB . Payment instructions can be seen on the website https://penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-pempayan . Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institution Development Contribution (SPI) that have been paid are not returned.
6. Terms of Payment for Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) SEMA S-1 UPNVJ:
   1. For prospective students who have passed the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ, they are required to make payments according to a predetermined schedule, namely 25 August 2020 13.00 WIB - 31 August 2020 16.00 WIB
   2. For UPNVJ Undergraduate SEMA student candidates who do not make payments according to a predetermined schedule, they are declared to have resigned .
7. If the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ Quota is not fulfilled because there are prospective students who have resigned, then it will be filled by prospective students who are declared to have passed the Reserve.

9. Announcement of UPNVJ SEMA Undergraduate Results:
   Announcement of the results of the UPNVJ SEMA Bachelor program graduation on Tuesday, August 25 2020 at 13.00 WIB . Announced through the UPN Veteran Jakarta New Student Admission Registration website at https://penregistran.upnvj.ac.id/ by first logging in using the Form Number and PIN.
10. KIP-K Determination Announcement:
    For KIP-K participants who pass the SEMA S-1 UPNVJ, economic data verification will be carried out through documents (telephone interview) and/or visits to the participants' residential addresses and the determination of KIP-K Recipients will be announced on Wednesday, August 26 2020 . For those who are not designated KIP-K recipients, payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) and Institution Development Contribution (SPI) will be made on 25 August 2020 at 13.00 WIB - 31 August 2020 at 16.00 WIB .
11. Re-registration of SEMA S-1 UPNVJ:
    For prospective new students who have made UKT and SPI payments or have been designated KIP-K recipients, they can immediately re-register online starting Tuesday, 25 August 2020 13.00 WIB to 31 August 2020 23.59 WIB through the website regmaba.upnvj.ac .id by first logging in using the participant number and date of birth.
