HumasUPNVJ - UPN Veteran Jakarta will inaugurate 1,454 students online on Saturday, 10 October 2020.

The period of the Covid-19 pandemic and the restrictions imposed by the restrictions changed many things and for the first time, UPN Veteran Jakarta carried out the procession that students were most looking forward to, not face-to-face or online.

Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation, dr. Ria Maria Theresa, while attending the 65th graduation dress rehearsal, said that the graduation was held online to avoid crowds of students attending the campus. This is in accordance with the Ministry of Education and Culture's policy to comply with the Covid-19 protocol.

dr. Ria understands that this online graduation reduces the euphoria and solemn feeling that we used to feel in the previous year. However, with the aim of maintaining safety and comfort together, this online graduation must still be carried out.

dr. Ria emphasized that the graduation had been processed as optimally as possible by all parties and was finalized by the IT team.

Technically, the 65th graduation will be held on October 10 2020 online. Previously, the graduates had recorded a video of the lockout with their parents and it would be displayed one by one on the online graduation screen.

The 65th graduation also presented Sakti Wahyu Trenggo, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia to give remarks for the graduates.

Even though it is done online, it is hoped that this graduation can still be solemn and give happiness to all graduates.
