HumasUPNVJ - Talking about the Covid-19 pandemic will not end at this time, we must accept the changes that are happening with grace. What happened must be received positively, activities that used to be held face-to-face must all be packaged in the form of online meetings (in the network). As was the case with the UPN Veteran Jakarta Learning Development and Quality Assurance Institute (LP3M UPNVJ) which again held an ISO 21001: 2018 Surveillance External Audit. Unlike the previous ones, this Surveillance activity had to be held online via the Zoom meeting platform , Monday 23 November 2020 to prevent meetings involving many people in order to break the chain of Covid - 19.

The activity was opened immediately with a report on implementation activities by the Management Representative by the Head of LP3M, Satria Yudhia, in his report there were several things conveyed by Satria regarding this activity, "Currently UPNVJ has received ISO recognition based on ISO 9001: 2015 concerning Quality Management System (obtained in 2018) and ISO 21001:2018 concerning Educational Organizations Management System (obtained in 2019). And ISO surveillance in 2020 will cover all sub. units in UPNVJ, including the leadership, as previously the organizer of the ISO was Management System Certification Global , represented by DeCRA Group Indonesia Mr. Solihin Agung Darmawan as Managing Director ”. Also present was Erna Hernawati, Rector of UPNVJ who gave a speech and opened the activity, "Thank you to all Auditors from DeCRA Indonesia who took the time to attend this activity. Hopefully we can all provide appropriate indicators for this audit. Having ISO 20001:2018 certification will help us achieve our common goals. Let us be consistent with our commitment to make UPNVJ even better than before.” he said

Before the activity started, DeCRA Indonesia's External Auditor, Solichin Agung Darmawan, gave some direction regarding the things that UPNVJ had to prepare for this activity.

The activity was continued with a Top Management Audit and document review for each work unit through a zoom meeting panel that had been prepared by the committee.
