ADMISSION OF PERMANENT LECTURERS WITH DOCTORAL QUALIFICATION (S3) AT UPN VETERAN JAKARTA

In order to meet the needs of permanent lecturers in the UPN Veteran Jakarta environment, we hereby announce that in 2021 UPN Veteran Jakarta will carry out the acceptance of prospective permanent lecturers. The requirements and procedures for admission selection are as follows:
  1. PLACEMENT PLAN, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, AND NUMBER OF FORMATIONS. The total allocation for prospective permanent lecturers at UPN Veteran Jakarta for the 2021 Fiscal Year is 170 (One hundred and seventy) Lecturers with Doctoral Qualifications (S3), with the following specifications:

  1. Condition

1.) General Requirements

  1. Indonesian citizens who fear God Almighty, are loyal and obedient to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia;
  2. Physically and mentally healthy;
  3. Do not have dependence on narcotics and illegal drugs or the like;
  4. Have good behavior and have never been imprisoned based on a court decision that has permanent legal force;
  5. Never been honorably dismissed at his own request or not with respect as a Civil Servant (PNS)/Member of the Police or the TNI;
  6. Not domiciled as Civil Servants or Civil Servants or Members of the Police or TNI;
  7. Doctoral Education Qualification (S3);
  8. Maximum age of 50 (fifty) years on April 1, 2021;
  9. Not currently pursuing education and/or training, by obtaining a scholarship under an official bond/compulsory work agreement; And
  10. Not currently undergoing an official/compulsory work bond with an institution/company/university;
  11. Not affiliated with an ideology that is contrary to Pancasila ideology;
  12. Have a patriotic spirit to defend the country.

2.) Special Requirements

a) Have educational qualifications, both educational level and study program in accordance with the position requirements, as evidenced by a valid photocopy/copy of the diploma, provided that:
1) For domestic tertiary graduates, from tertiary institutions accredited A and study programs accredited at least B at the time of graduation.
2) For foreign tertiary graduates, have obtained equivalent diplomas from authorized officials (Former Directorate General of DIKTI Kemdikbud or Directorate of Learning, Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education).
3) Have a TOEFL score ≥ 500 / IELTS 5.5
b) Preference will be given to those with publications or accepted articles in accredited national journals or reputable international journals.
c) Preference will be given to those with academic positions.

  1. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

  1. Online Registration
  1. Applicants register online at https://sim.upnvj.ac.id/recruitment/ from January 28 2021 to February 5 2021 at 22.00 WIB.
  2. Follow the instructions and steps in filling out the online registration form;
  3. Applicants must upload (upload) documents as follows:
  1. scan of identity (KTP/Passport/SIM) that is still valid;
  2. color passport photo size 4 x 6, formal dress;
  3. scans of all original Higher Education certificates and transcripts;
  4. scanned proof of training (if any).
  1. One participant registers only for one formation;
  2. For participants who have successfully registered online, an administrative evaluation will then be carried out by the committee;

  1. Submission of Application Files

1.) Participants who have passed the administrative selection, make a written application letter in Indonesian, handwritten using black ink addressed to: Chancellor of UPN Veteran Jakarta, Jl. Fatmawati Pondok Labu Hospital, South Jakarta

2.) Letter of application attached:

a) Photocopy of a valid KTP;
b) Photocopies of diplomas and transcripts of S1 and S2 and/or S3 grades from accredited tertiary institutions;
c) For applicants who have a diploma from a foreign tertiary institution, they must attach a decree on the determination and equalization of the results of the diploma assessment from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture; If you do not have equivalent results, applicants attach a print out of the list of recognized study programs through the Dikti page at https://ijazah.kemendikbud.go.id;
d) Curriculum Vitae;
e) 3 pieces of 4 x 6 color passport photo (write the name on the back of the photo);
f) Declaration of never having been sentenced to prison or confinement based on a court decision that has permanent legal force and never being honorably dismissed at his own request or not with respect as a civil servant/Member of the TNI/POLRI or dishonorably dismissed as a private employee (example of letter attached) ;
g) A statement letter that is not bound by a work contract/agreement/official bond with another agency, stamped 10,000 (sample letter attached);
h) Physically and spiritually/mentally healthy as evidenced by a doctor's certificate from a Government Hospital of at least type C.
i) Proof of Work Experience (if any);
j) Proof of Training (if any);
k) Proof of TOEFL / IELTS certificate;
l) Certificate/certificate of expertise;
m) Performance;
n) Professional certification;
o) The application file is included in the stop map with yellow color provisions;
p) On the front stop map, the identity of the applicant is written including the name of the applicant, the academic qualifications applied for and the placement plan
3.) The application letter and all supporting documents will be submitted to the committee during the interview test on February 17, 2021.

  1. SCHEDULE OF SELECTION AND EXAM

  1. Selection Stage
    1. Administration Selection
  1. Applicants are declared to have passed the administrative selection if they fulfill all the requirements and conditions as referred to in Roman numerals II;
  2. Participants who are declared to have passed the administrative selection will be announced via the https://www.upnvj.ac.id/id.html page on February 11 2021 and will receive a participant ID card via their respective email address to be printed.
    1. Micro teaching Selection and Interview
  1. At the time of carrying out the test, each applicant must show the original Selection Participant Identity Card and Identity Card (KTP) / Identity Card;
  2. Micro teaching schedule and interviews, as follows:
    1. Micro teaching on February 16, 2021.
    2. Interview on February 17, 2021.

  1. DETERMINATION OF GRADUATION

1.) Participants are declared passed based on the results of microteaching and interviews;

2.) Announcement of graduation on February 23, 2021 via the https://www.upnvj.ac.id/id.html page.

3. The decision of the Chairman of the Selection Committee cannot be contested.

4.) Participants who have passed are required to complete files as prospective lecturers on 24-26 February 2021 and start carrying out their assignments on 1 March 2021

  1. OTHER PROVISIONS

Each applicant must comply with and follow all the specified terms/conditions for selection.

1.) If in the future the applicant is proven to provide data that is incorrect/in accordance with the facts or manipulates data, then the graduation concerned is declared null and/or the person concerned is dismissed as a Permanent Lecturer.

2.) Applicants who have passed are required to make a statement that they are willing to serve and not submit a move from UPN Veteran Jakarta for any reason for at least 2 (two) years since the Permanent Lecturer TMT.
