HumasUPNVJ - Through circular letter NUMBER: 02/SE.LTMPT/2021, the LTMPT implementation team conveyed information regarding Student Participation in SNMPTN AND SBMPTN 2021.

This was conveyed in connection with the circulation of information in the community, especially regarding "Student/Participant Participation in the Implementation of the 2021 SNMPTN and UTBK-SBMPTN" which was feared to be misinformation or a wrong perception. Following are some important matters related to the selection process.

1 . LTMPT has never issued a rule prohibiting Religious MA students/graduates from registering for or taking part in SNMPTN, UTBK-SBMPTN 2021.

2. Selection of PTN entry pathways held by LTMPT, namely SNMPTN and UTBK-SBMPTN, with Study Programs (Prodi) offered on both pathways PROPOSED by the Chancellor of each PTN including PTKIN and State Polytechnic.

3. The study programs offered by PTKIN at SNMPTN and SBMPTN 2021 are general study programs only , while the Religious Studies study program at PTKIN is not offered at these two selections. Specifically for religious studies programs, PTKIN will hold a separate New Student Admission (PMB).

4. The study programs offered by the State Polytechnic at SNMPTN and SBMPTN 2021 are only for D4 Study Programs , outside of these study programs the State Polytechnic organizes New Student Admissions (PMB) separately.

5. Eligible public and private class XII 2021 students at SMA/SMK/Madrasah Aliyah (MA) , are allowed to take part in the 2021 SNMPTN with a choice of study programs at PTN (according to the requirements of the PTN), or PTKIN (general study program only and according to requirements) or Polytechnic (especially D4 study programs according to requirements).

6. Selection of SNMPTN pathways using report cards. The suitability of subject values and subject scores with the selected study program is a consideration in selection.

7. Students of class XII in 2021 at SMA/SMK/Madrasah Aliyah (MA) both public and private (those who have not passed the 2021 SNMPTN) and graduates in 2020 and 2019 are allowed to take part in the 2021 SBMPTN with a choice of study programs in PTN (according to PTN requirements ), or PTKIN (general study program only and according to the requirements) or Polytechnic (specifically for the D4 study program and according to the requirements).

8. Determination of passing the selection at SNMPTN and SBMPTN is the full authority of the Chancellor of PTN/PTKIN/Director of Polytechnic or not under the authority of LTMPT.

Thus this information is conveyed, to become an understanding for the community, especially the Heads of SMA/MA/SMK, BK Teachers and Class XII SMA/MA/SMK Students throughout Indonesia.
