Registration for UKT Group/Category Decline, 50% UKT Reduction, UKT Exemption and UKT Postponement/Installation for Even Semester TA. 2020/2021 UPNVJ

It was announced to students of the Jakarta Veterans National Development University, that UPN Veteran Jakarta opened registration for a reduction in UKT groups/categories, a 50% UKT reduction, UKT exemptions and UKT postponement/Installation for single tuition (UKT) Even Semester TA.2020/2021 UPN Veteran Jakarta. The requirements are as follows:

1. REQUIREMENTS FOR DECREASING GROUP/CATEGORY UKT

Awarded to students whose parents/guardians who are responsible for tuition fees experience extraordinary economic downturns such as:

  1. Students whose parents/guardians responsible for tuition fees die or experience an extraordinary decrease in income
  2. Students from Families/Parents affected by Mental Disorders or Disabilities and Chronic illness which causes reduced income
  3. Students from Families/Parents who have experienced Termination of Employment (PHK)

The requirements for Reducing Group/Reducing UKT obligations are as follows:

  1. Scan of the Written Application Letter to the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta (Must be uploaded)
  2. Scan of Student Card (KTM)
  3. Scan of Declaration of Not Receiving Scholarships/Other Education Cost Assistance from APBN/APBD and private sources (Must be uploaded)
  4. Scan of Original Salary Slip of Parent/Guardian/Insurer/ Income Certificate from Kelurahan (Must be uploaded)
  5. Scan of Original Identity Card (KTP) (Must be uploaded)
  6. Original Scan of Family Card (KK) (Must be uploaded)
  7. Certificate of house rent/contract from the owner of the house known by the RT and RW, attached with proof of the house/contract rental
  8. Scan of Proof of Receipt of All Motorbike Taxes / STNK / SKPD on Sheet 2 / Proof of Purchase and Photo of Motor Vehicles (Must be uploaded if you have one)
  9. Scan of Proof of Receipt of All Car Taxes/STNK/SKPD on Sheet 2 / Proof of Purchase and Photo of Car Vehicles (Must be uploaded if you have one)
  10. Scan of the Last Land and Building Tax Proof
  11. Scan of Proof of Last Payment PDAM Receipt Slip
  12. Scan of Last Electricity Payment Proof
  13. Front view of the house, side view, living room, student bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, family photo. (Must be uploaded)
  14. Scan of Parent's Death Certificate from Kelurahan/Village Head/Hospital Head
  15. Scan of Doctor's Certificate regarding Chronic illness suffered by Parents
  16. Scan of Certificate of Termination of Employment from the agency concerned / Scan of Certificate from the local Kelurahan/Village Head that the parent/guardian is not working
  17. Scan of the original Certificate of Disadvantage (SKTM) which was approved by the local Kelurahan/Village Head
  18. Original Scan of Parent's KTP (Must be uploaded)

2. 50% UKT REQUIREMENTS

Awarded to students who take courses less than or equal to 6 (six) credits in semester 8 (eight) for Undergraduate program students or in semester 6 (six) for Diploma Three programs by attaching:

  1. Scan of the Written Application Letter to the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta (Must be uploaded)
  2. Scan of Student Card (KTM) (Must be uploaded)
  3. Scan of Original Identity Card (KTP) (Must be uploaded)
  4. Grade Transcript in the current semester (Must Upload)

3. UKT EXEMPTION REQUIREMENTS

UKT Exemption is given to students who are on leave from college or have completed all studies but have not graduated (staying on trial) by attaching:

  1. Scan of the Written Application Letter to the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta (Must be uploaded)
  2. Scan of Student Card (KTM); (Must be uploaded)
  3. Scan of Original Identity Card (KTP) (Must be uploaded)
  4. Grade Transcript in the current semester (Must Upload)

4. DELAY PAYMENT/INSTALLMENT REQUIREMENTS

Given to students by submitting UKT installments within a certain period of time, the installments are adjusted to the student's economic ability by attaching:

  1. Scan of the Written Application Letter to the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta (Must be uploaded)
  2. Scan of Student Card (KTM)
  3. Scan of Statement Letter That Parents/Guardians/Insurers of Tuition Expenses Are Experiencing Financial Constraints Due to the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic (Must be uploaded)
  4. Scan of Original Salary Slip of Parents/Guardians/Insurers of Tuition Fees (Must be uploaded)
  5. Original Scan of Parent's Identity Card (KTP) (Must be uploaded)

Hard Copy Requirements Files are sent to each faculty and Soft Copy registration files are uploaded no later than Monday 25 January 2021 on the page: https://s.id/PENYESUAIAN_GENAP_2021
