Standard Input Costs for the 2021 Fiscal Year are cost units in the form of unit prices, tariffs, and indexes that are determined to produce output component costs in the preparation of work plans and budgets of state ministries/agencies for the 2021 Fiscal Year. In the SBM 2021 there are 3 (three) policies, namely efficiency policies , new normal policies, and improvement of norms.

The 2021 SBM is regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Finance Regulation 119/2020 concerning Standard Input Costs for the 2021 Fiscal Year which regulates how SBM is linked to the budgeting structure. All Ministries/Institutions are required to use SBM in preparing RKA-KL. The conformity and correctness of the use of SBM is fully the responsibility of the PA/KPA, and APIP is required to carry out supervision and report to the minister/head of the institution with a copy to the Minister of Finance periodically. Meanwhile, supervision over the use of SBM is carried out by the functional supervisory apparatus of the respective Ministries/Institutions.

This two-way socialization provides an opportunity for all UPNVJ academics to ask questions directly to unify perceptions and understand everything that has not been understood from the three new policies that have been set by the Minister of Finance.
