HumasUPNVJ - Being in a pandemic that never ends, makes various sectors improve themselves to be able to adapt for an undetermined period of time. Likewise with the education sector, especially the UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) state university.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, UPNVJ has always tried to improve itself to prepare itself for the changes that will come, starting from curriculum changes, developing online learning facilities and increasing the number of teaching staff.

On this occasion the Chancellor of UPN Veterans Jakarta with dr. Vito Damay, SpJP (K), MKes, FIHA, FICA, FAsCC from KlikDokter held a live stream discussing "University Adaptation in a Pandemic Period", on Tuesday (23/02/21).

In this discussion dr. Vito wanted to know more clearly about the strategies that UPNVJ did to adapt to the current era

The Chancellor explained that UPNVJ itself is currently planning to add a new study program, namely Traditional Health, previously plans for new study programs such as Pharmacy and Electrical Engineering have been going well.

"This is done because we want everyone to continue to refer to UPNVJ's identity, namely Defending the Country," said the Chancellor.

Dr. vito said that he really appreciated UPNVJ's identity, where this identity and character began to be forgotten a little with the entry of competitors from abroad, but UPNVJ tried its best so that the value of Defending the Country remained ingrained in the souls of its students.

He also added that "it is during this lecture period that educators can teach patriotism as well as possible before they enter the world of work, because this is where the character is instilled so that when they enter a new environment there are characteristics that are embedded in their souls," explained dr. Vito.
