The Covid-19 pandemic has not been over for almost a year. As we know, during the Covid-19 pandemic, there were many limitations that inevitably limited our range of motion as social beings. As with all activities that should be carried out face-to-face, they have changed drastically to become activities/meetings in the network (online/ online ). Study, worship and even work are done from home.
This increasingly makes everyone, especially students, where all activities are held online .
Even though something like this happened, it did not dampen the spirit of defending the country from UPN Veterans Jakarta students to continue carrying out productive activities. One of them can be seen from the student team of the Nutrition Study Program Undergraduate Program Faculty of Health Sciences UPNVJ whose members are Kinanti Amela, Nadhira Zarfani Ilham, Fathiya Andara, Ghina Nabila Khairunisa, and Bayu Saputra with supervisor Nanang Nasrullah, S.TP, M.Si , won a Gold Medal in the 2021 Asean Innovative Science Environmental and Entrepreneur Fair (AISEEF) competition, Entrepreneur Colleger category with an innovation entitled " ReDo Food : Provides Recipes and Local Food Produces to Unlock the Door Become Healthy Living" . This competition was organized by the Indonesian Young Scientist Association (IYSA) in collaboration with several universities, including: Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), Diponegoro University (UNDIP), Dian Nuswantoro University (UDINUS), Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L), and the Indonesian Educators Achievement Foundation.
This activity was attended by 455 teams from 20 countries including USA, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Egypt, Yemen, Iraq, Nepal, Iran, Sudan, Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesian.
