HumasUPNVJ- GUIDELINES FOR STATE DEFENSE COMIC COMPETITION JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Participant Criteria:

- Participants are active S1 and D3 students from all tertiary institutions in Indonesia.

- Each university may send more than 1 applicant

- Participants can only submit 1 work

- Participants must understand the competition and agree to all the provisions of the competition and comply with the committee

Registration:

- Registration opens March 5, 2021 - March 19, 2021

- Take the Statement Letter in the registration form and upload it back to the registration form after filling it in

Comic Contest Criteria:

- The theme "Spirit of Defending the Country in Facing Covid 19"

- Comics are his own work and have never been published or included in other competitions

- Comics are made in digital form, 4 -6 frames in pdf format

- Indonesian language comics

- Content or comic images are not allowed to offend SARA, pornography or contain content that attacks/harms certain parties

- Maximum work size of 100 MB

- The jury's decision is final and cannot be contested

- The 10 best works according to the jury are entitled to become finalists.
