SPI Will Further Improve PPEPP And Archives Each SATKER

UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) received a team from the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture in order to evaluate the maturity level of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) in the UPNVJ Higher Education Environment. Friday, 12/03/2021.

The team's arrival was a follow-up to the results of the SPIP maturity survey questionnaire which was given directly to UPNVJ to fulfill the documents needed by the team.

From the results of the evaluation given by the team from the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, UPNVJ received a fairly good assessment of the SPIP implementation.

The arrival of the SPIP TEAM was immediately received by UPNVJ Chancellor Erna Hernawati, and UPNVJ Main Officials. UPNVJ Chancellor and Head of SPI UPNVJ Ediwarman welcomed the Team's visit with the hope that it could provide guidance to achieve maximum assessment results in the future.

On this occasion SPI as an internal oversight body will also further enhance PPEPP (Planning, Improvement, Evaluation, Control, Improvement) in each of its activities, so that decision making can create a complete archive.

"My team and I are currently preparing several indicators, provisions to be given to all work units and will periodically evaluate the extent of the responsibilities of each work unit in carrying out activities or the policies and instructions that have been implemented. This will of course be a reference material for the leadership in assessing your performance.” The head of SPI UPNVJ, Ediwarman, insisted.
