Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) is proud to announce that registration for the 74th Graduation Ceremony will soon be open. For students who have met the graduation requirements and are ready to celebrate their academic achievements, registration for graduation will take place from January 6 to February 7, 2025 .
Graduation is one of the important moments in every student's educational journey. For UPN Veteran Jakarta, the 74th graduation will be an event to celebrate the success of more than one hundred students who have successfully completed their studies at the university.
Graduation Registration Requirements
To attend graduation, prospective graduates are required to fulfill the following administrative requirements:
- Grade transcript showing completion of all courses.
- Library Free Letter stating that there are no book loans at the campus library.
- Formal Photo for graduation administration purposes (Black and White Formal Photo)
- Cover Letter from Faculty , if required.
- Proof of Last SPP Payment as proof of payment of financial obligations.
- Certificate of Exemption from Administration from the finance department.
Registration Process
Graduation registration can be done online through the graduation registration portal at wisuda.upnvj.ac.id. Prospective graduates are required to upload the required documents and complete the registration form before the specified deadline.
Registration steps include:
- Access the graduation registration portal.
- Login with student account.
- Fill in personal and academic data.
- Upload required documents.
- Make payment of graduation administration fees.
- Receive registration confirmation via email or SMS
