RECTOR OF JAKARTA VETERAN NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY

Announced to prospective new students of the Jakarta Veteran National Development University undergraduate program who have passed through the 2021 Jakarta Veteran National Development University (SEMA UPNVJ) Independent Selection pathway. Announcement of graduating participants can be seen on the announcement website.upnvj.ac.id login using the Form Number and the PIN obtained during registration or the Participant Number and Date of Birth on the participant's identity card.
Participants who are declared to have passed the 2021 UPNVJ SEMA at UPN Veteran Jakarta, will be declared accepted at UPN Veteran Jakarta if they have fulfilled the following obligations:
- 1) Payment for Institution Development Contribution (SPI)
- 2) Single Tuition Payment (UKT)
- 3) Specifically for prospective students who are declared to have passed the selection in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs, the Faculty of Medicine is required to take a medical test. Taking into account the national situation regarding the outbreak of COVID-19, medical tests can be carried out at the local hospital adjacent to the prospective student's domicile. The medical test includes a physical and spiritual health test and a color blindness test. SPI and UKT payments for prospective new students who are accepted into the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Pharmacy study programs can be made after:
- 1) Uploading a statement document regarding the medical test, the letter template can be downloaded via the registration.upnvj.ac.id website by logging in first.
- 2) Upload documents of medical test results that show physically and mentally healthy and not color blind through the registration website.upnvj.ac.id
Statement documents related to medical tests and medical test result documents from the Hospital will be validated in advance by the Committee. After the documents are declared valid, prospective students can immediately make SPI and UKT payments. Document validation status can be seen on the website registration.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first. A statement regarding medical tests and medical test results shows that prospective new students meet the requirements to attend education at the UPN Veterans Jakarta Faculty of Medicine.
- 4) Specifically for prospective new students participating in the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K), verification will be carried out before being determined as KIP-K recipients:
- 1) The process of verifying KIP-K participant data will be carried out from 2 - 4 July 2021 by a verification officer from UPN Veteran Jakarta. The officer will contact via the WhatsApp number of the prospective new student, which was entered during registration.
- 2) Determination of KIP-K recipients will be announced through the website registration.upnvj.ac.id by logging in first. The announcement of the determination of KIP-K recipients can be seen on July 5, 2021 at 19.00 WIB.
- 3) KIP-K participants who are not designated as KIP-K recipients will be announced the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) concerned by UPN Veteran Jakarta.
- 5) SPI and UKT payments can be made from 1 July 2021 at 16.00 WIB to 7 July 2021 at 15.00 WIB through BNI Tellers, ATMs, Mobile Banking and Internet Banking. SPI and UKT payments cannot be paid in installments . The payment guide can be seen on the website penmaru.upnvj.ac.id/cara-payment
- 6) Prospective new students who have made SPI and UKT payments and or have been designated as KIP-K recipients can immediately re-register online through the website regmaba.upnvj.ac.id by first logging in using the 2021 UPNVJ SEMA participant number and date of birth . Re-register online no later than July 7, 2021 at 23.59 WIB.
Documents uploaded during online re-registration: Color scan of the 2021 UPNVJ SEMA Participation Card- - Color scan of KTP or KTP receipt number
- - Color scan of Family Card
- - Scan of the original SPI and UKT payment receipts (for prospective non-KIP-K new students)
- - Color scan of certificate/SKL
- - Scan of the statement letter as a new student (download via the website https://s.id/spmabaupnvj2021 )
- - Scan of the original drug-free certificate
- - Scan of original proof of KIP-K registration (only for KIP-K recipients)
- - Scan of the original Jakarta Smart Card (KJP) and KJP account book (account book identity page)
- 7) Payments after 7 July 2021 at 15.00 WIB cannot be served and are declared withdrawn. Subsequent payment receipts are uploaded during online re-registration.
- 8) Prospective students will have their rights canceled as new UPN Veterans Jakarta students, if it turns out:
- Does not meet the student admission requirements as stated.
- Providing incorrect information.
- Late payment of SPI and UKT from the schedule that has been submitted.
- 9) If prospective students have been accepted into one of the study programs at UPN Veteran Jakarta and then resign, then all fees paid are not returned.
For participants who are declared not to have passed the 2021 UPNVJ SEMA at UPN Veteran Jakarta, don't give up and keep your spirits up. Please register for UPNVJ 2021 Semester Batch 2 through the website registration.upnvj.ac.id starting July 3, 2021 at 13:00 WIB until July 14 2021 at 23:59 WIB
