HumasUPNVJ - The Human Resources (HR) Mapping Workshop held by the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) UPN Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) on the second day the employees trained teamwork with competitions and ice breaking together.

Activities carried out outside the room are guided by the capacity building team with game programs and activities that require a sense of togetherness in the team ( teamwork ). These activities last until the evening which is closed with an evening of intimacy.

Apart from being filled with competitions and entertainment activities, the activities were also filled with evaluations delivered by resource person Nengathia, S.Ag., M.Sc (TVRI Announcer/communication expert), who conveyed evaluations of capacity building activities carried out from morning to night day.

In this activity Dr.drg Sri Hernawati, M.Kes (Deputy Chancellor of the University of Jember) filled out material on the third day, she conveyed the provisions regarding the status of the Public Service Agency (BLU) tertiary institution, including an explanation of the objectives of BLU, BLU Flexibility, Principles BLU, Business Unit Development and BLU higher education remuneration management.

In addition, Sukmayanti Randireksa M.Psi., (Psychologist/Principal Director of PT Monekar Jaya), who emphasized discussing one thought, one feeling in achieving togetherness.

At the end of the event, the activity was closed with a video playback of the implementation of the activities on the first and second days with the aim of reminding the joy that was felt together with the intention of providing a sense of togetherness that will remain attached forever.
