Polda Metro Jaya Collaborates with UPNVJ for Cooperation

HumasUPNVJ - In the context of discussing the implementation of cooperation with Polda Metro Jaya, UPN Veteran Jakarta (UPNVJ) coordinated regarding the contents of the cooperation agreement which was carried out at the Polda Metro Jaya Operations Bureau Building, DKI Jakarta, on Monday (24/01/22).

On this occasion the Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation represented by the Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance and the ranks of the Cooperation field were welcomed by Kompol Slamet, Head of Sub-division Korprogmonev Bagkerma Operations Bureau and Kompol Bambang Head of Sub-division of Bagrenprogar Ro Rena PMJ and his staff.

As an opening, the Human Resources (HR) division, Arininsi, explained that there is coordination with the aim that in the near future Polda Metro Jaya will carry out police entry tests and police promotion tests for Polda Metro Jaya using the Computer Assisted Cat (CAT) method, which UPNVJ will later assist in the infrastructure.

"The file is already underway to be verified, later it will not only be this selection but in the future there will be other developing collaborations in the fields of education and research," said Arininsi.

Hugeng Budianto, Head of the UPNVJ Cooperation Division, continued that in the future the collaboration must refer to the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program so that the program can be included in various activities later.

Suharyati, Head of the UPNVJ General Bureau, also added that the activities that will be carried out in the near future, namely tests that are expected to be all technically well thought out, ensure that participants have been examined before entering the exam room, both health checks and examinations of various fraud attempts such as communication devices and so on.

For activities in the near future, the Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Sigit Pradana has prepared 400 computers, exceeding the number needed by Polda Metro Jaya to anticipate technical problems. In addition, UPNVJ ICT has prepared a network that has been prepared for each building.

With various preparations made, it is hoped that the implementation of cooperation activities in the near future and in the long term can be carried out properly and optimally in accordance with the targets of the preparations made.
