UPNVJ Returns to Be a Vaccine Center

HumasUPNVJ - The Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) and the Depok Metro Police are again holding vaccination centers for students, UPN Veterans Jakarta and the general public.

Activities supported by the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI) and Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) as well as the Financial Services Authority (OJK) were held at UPNVJ Pondok Labu Campus, Wednesday (30/3/22) ).

"UPNVJ has held Vaccination activities several times and is trusted by several parties, in this vaccination activity we have prepared the same preparations as the previous vaccination activities, namely we prepared several things starting from the entry flow, checking temperature, filling in data, screening patients, vaccination up to observation after the vaccine, "said Dr. dr. Ria Maria Theresa, UPNVJ Deputy Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation while monitoring the vaccination process.

Based on data from the initial committee, the vaccination center this time targeted 500 acceptors for both dose one, two doses and booster vaccines with the Sinovac and Astra Zeneca vaccine types. However, there was considerable enthusiasm from the public, the data added up to 600 vaccination participants.

This was also conveyed by the Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Economic Scholars (ISEI) Jaya who also serves as Main Director (Indonesian Stock Exchange) IDX Inarno Djajadi.

"We have helped vaccinate one million people. At the moment I am also happy because the enthusiasm for vaccines at UPNVJ is also quite good because we believe that if we are healthy, the economic recovery will also be faster, "concluded Inarno in his opportunity to conduct direct monitoring of the UPNVJ vaccine center.

In addition to ISEI Jaya Chairman Inarno Djajadi, this time the vaccination also received a visit from the Head of the Capital Market Supervision Department 1A of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Luthfy Zain Fuady and his staff, and the Head of the Social and Community Association.

During his visit, Luthfy Zain Fuady said, "The implementation of vaccination center activities is expected to support the government in accelerating the handling of the pandemic through expanding and accelerating vaccination, so that in the end it can accelerate national economic recovery. We will continue to collaborate and synergize vaccinations with various parties, such as today with UPN Veteran Jakarta and ISEI, especially for all employees, students and the community," said Luthfy.
