HumasUPNVJ - In the context of realizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the lecturer at the Faculty of Law UPN Veterans Jakarta (UPNVJ) conducted legal counseling with the theme of Preventing Student Fights by Building an Early Law-abiding Culture which was conducted online on Thursday (31/3/22).

Counseling was carried out for students and teachers in the SMA Negeri 66 Jakarta environment by presenting a guest speaker from the Faculty of Law UPNVJ Prof. Dr. Bambang Waluyo., SH, MH and a team of other lecturers consisting of Dr. Handoyo Prsetyo SH., MH also Drs. Subakdi, MM. (

This is a form of approach that is in synergy with the question and answer session which was very enthusiastic from the participants and was closed by the Handover of Souvenirs which was received by the Deputy Principal of SMA Negeri 66 Jakarta Mansur S.Pd and closed the session with a group photo

Broadly speaking, law counseling materials begin with raising awareness that high school is a beautiful time full of memories and will be remembered forever, so it must be filled with positive things.

Teachers are also asked to pay special attention to students who have the potential to be involved in brawls, by increasing the role of schools, teachers and parents and building a law-abiding culture early on.

In addition, the resource persons also emphasized law-abiding, by providing an explanation of the characteristics of law-abiding people, why people obey the law, and the discussion ended with how to know the law, in accordance with the soul of the Indonesian nation as a rule of law, this was explained with the aim so that the State becomes orderly, safe, just and dignified.
