Ramadhan Full of Blessings, Rector Gives Compensation during the Joint Iftar Ramadhan 1443 H

UPNVJ PR - In order to celebrate Ramadhan, UPN Veteran Jakarta held a joint iftar attended by employees, students and orphans in the campus environment at the Unity in Diversity Auditorium, on Tuesday (26/04/22).

With the aim of getting blessings in the holy month, this time's agenda for UPNVJ raised the theme of Blessing Ramadhan, Achieve Personal Character of Pious.

In this case, Drs. Sarlan, SH, MH as the chief executive expressed his gratitude for being able to participate together in organizing the activities we couldn't do in the previous year due to the covid-19 pandemic.

"Alhamdulillah, I think this is a valuable opportunity for us after a long period of experiencing the pandemic and being able to jointly organize iftar activities while maintaining health protocols. Hopefully with this activity what we do can be useful and have blessings as well as remind each other to always share with each other," he said.

In addition, Dr. Prasetyo Hadi, SE. MM. CFMP, the Deputy Rector for General Affairs and Finance, representing Rector of UPNVJ, also said that this event was a gathering to get blessings in the holy month of Ramadhan.

"In this event full of grace, hopefully it will also remind us to increase our worship, especially now that we have entered the last 10 days of the holy month of Ramadhan. Hopefully we will always be given health and I also thank the orphanage children who have had the opportunity to be present in our midst together,” said Prasetyo in his speech.

On this special occasion, the event was packaged as attractively as possible by giving a speech from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Dr.dr.H.Taufiq Fredrik Pasiak, M.Kes., M.Pd.I. and performances of Quran recitations, religious songs as well as prophetic prayers performed by employees, UPNVJ students and orphanage children.

In addition to the performances that added to the splendor of the holy month of Ramadhan, the UPNVJ leadership also provided compensation to 50 orphanages from the Al-Muhajirin Mushollah Foundation and Al-Kamilah Orphanage.
