UPNVJ PR - Jakarta Veterans National Development University (UPNVJ) has started to open new student admissions for the Bachelor Program Independent Route pathway on Tuesday (14/6/2022) at 11.00 WIB specifically for prospective students who were declared to fail the Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK) Joint Selection to Enter State Universities (SBMPTN) 2022.
"The Bachelor Program Independent Route is open to prospective students who did not pass the UTBK-SBMPTN. UPNVJ has 20 Bachelor Programs that can be an option for prospective students to continue their education in higher education," said UPNVJ Deputy Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Anter Venus, MA.Comm via a written message in Jakarta, on Tuesday (14/6/2022).
Venus said that as one of the state universities with the status of a Public Service Agency (BLU), UPNVJ is committed to providing the best service to the community in the field of higher education in accordance with one of the pillars of higher education. This is to realize UPNVJ's vision to become a superior university of international quality that is innovative, competitive, and patriotic for the development of Indonesian citizens.
According to Venus, there are two tracks in the Bachelor Program Independent Route, namely the academic track and the achievement track. For the academic track, the selection will only consider their score when prospective students took UTBK SBMPTN.
"As for the achievement track, the selection will add the UTBK SBMPTN scores with the prospective students' achievements," he explained.

Especially for Hafidz Al Qur'an and YouTube Content Creators, a competency test will be conducted, the results of which will also be accumulated together with the UTBK-SBMPTN scores and achievement scores.

In addition to the Bachelor program, UPNVJ also has five D-3 programs, six Master programs, and two Profession programs: D-3 Accounting, D-3 Finance and Banking, D-3 Information Systems, D-3 Nursing, D-3 Physiotherapy, Masters of Management, Masters of Law, Masters of Accounting, Masters of Communication Studies, Masters of Political Science, Masters of International Relations, Medical Profession, and Nursing Profession.
