In the context of preparation and implementation of learning in the Odd Semester of Academic Year (TA) 2022/2023 and adjustment of Single Tuition Fees (UKT) for Odd Semester FY 2022/2023, to all students of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta, we hereby convey the following: related to the reduction in Tuition Group, Tuition of only 50% (fifty percent), and tuition exemption as follows:

1. Tuition Group Change Category
   1. Students are given only 1 (one) time reduction in UKT during college.
   2. The granting of a UKT reduction only 1 (one) time during the course of study as referred to in letter a is excluded for students who have parents/guardians who are financially responsible for their extraordinary economic decline due to:
      1. die; and/or
      2. work termination.
3. Requirements to be granted a UKT reduction include: 
   1. - a statement letter that does not receive scholarships or other educational cost assistance sourced from the APBN, APBD, and/or the private sector;
   2. - salary slip of the parent/guardian who bears the costs or a certificate of income from the local village or village;
   3. - proof of the last PDAM payment slip;
   4. - proof of the last electricity payment slip;
   5. - photos of residential houses front, side, living room, kitchen, and family photos;
   6. - photocopy or scan of parent's ID card;
   7. - house rental certificate or contract from the owner of the house known by the Head of RT and Head of RW, attached with proof of house rent or contract;*
   8. - latest Owned Motor Vehicle tax;*
   9. - latest Land Building Proof Tax;*
   10. - statement letter about death of parents from Kelurahan, Village, or Hospital;*
   11. - certificate of termination of employment from the agency or company concerned;*
   12. - a certificate from the local Urban Village or Village explaining that the parent or guardian who is responsible for the costs is not working;* and
   13. - Certificate of Incapacity legalized by the local Lurah or Village Head.*
4. Note: 1.  * (Mandatory for students to meet the requirements)

UKT GROUP CHANGES CATEGORY SCHEDULE

1. Tuition Fee of only 50% (Fifty Percent)
   1. Tuition fee of only 50% (fifty percent) will be applied for:
      1. Undergraduate Program Students (S1) Semester 9 (nine) and so on with the remaining semester credit units (credits) less than or equal to 6 (six) credits; and
      2. Diploma Program students (D3) Semester 7 onwards with remaining credits less than or equal to 6 (six) credits.
2. Tuition of only 50% (fifty percent) is not applied to scholarship students.

Exemption of Tuition Fee for the Current Semester

1. Exemption of tuition fee for the current semester is applied to students with the following criteria:
   1. students who do not take semester credit units at all, including students who:
      1. are non-active;
      2. on college leave; or
      3. waiting for graduation.
   2. students who are taking the Medical Professional Education Competency Test or the Nursing Profession Competency Test, Diploma Program (D3) and Bachelor Program (S1),
2. Exemption of tuition fee for the current semester is not applicable to students receiving scholarships from KIP-Kuliah, KJMU, Panca Karsa, or Athletes with Achievements.

Closing

1. For students who meet the requirements and conditions as referred to in:  
   1. Number 1 can register itself on the site: simukt.upnvj.ac.id and
   2. Number 2 and Number 3 are determined automatically according to the electronic-based financial system of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta.
2. At the time of the issuance of this announcement, Rector's Decree of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta Number PENG/88/UN61.3/2022 concerning the decrease of the Tuition Fee Group, Tuition Fee of only 50% and exemption of tuition fee for Odd Semester 2022/2023 was revoked and declared invalid.
