Approaching the New Year, UPNVJ Holds 2023 Work Plan Meeting

HumasUPNVJ - The preparation of the 2023 Work Plan within the UPN Veterans Jakarta environment was held face-to-face by inviting all university and faculty leaders and their staff, totaling 160 participants while continuing to implement the Covid-19 health protocol at the Avenzel Hotel, West Java. (17/12)

The Chancellor of UPNVJ, Anter Venus explained that this activity discussed a number of things, "The RKAKL was prepared based on the Main Performance Indicators and the Real Activity Agenda of the Sub Satker, for this it is necessary to optimize the RKA. In order to optimize RKA it is necessary; Synchronization between work programs in the RKA with the sub-satker's real agenda and complete supporting data including: KAK/TOR, RAB, HPS, and PUPR Recommendations," explained Venus.

Each sub-satker presented a work plan report for the upcoming 2023, which was initiated by a presentation from the Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Deputy Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance, and Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Cooperation, "Scope of exposure to work plans from each faculty and the work unit includes the implementation of government-ptn policies, the trend of 21st century higher education, an analysis of the condition of the UPN Veteran Jakarta, the 2022-2226 UPNVJ transformation milestone, the UPNVJ transformation policy direction, the priority program framework," continued Venus.

The activity continued with independent work to prepare presentations from each faculty, institution, bureau, SPI, UPT, KEPK, KUI and polyclinic.
