HumasUPNVJ – UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) is back holding the UPNVJ 2024 Job Fair which will be held on 2-5 October 2024 at Plaza Soemari UPNVJ and via Zoom Meeting for the last day. This event is attended by various national companies from various industrial sectors, providing a golden opportunity for UPNVJ students and alumni as well as the general public.

The UPNVJ 2024 Job Fair aims to bridge college graduates with the ever-growing industrial world. Job seekers get the opportunity to find out information about careers and get to know more about the companies that are present to enliven this Job Fair activity.

Head of Career Development and Entrepreneurship Unit, Catur Nugrahaeni Puspita Dewi, M.Kom., in her opening speech said that the implementation of this Job Fair is a form of campus commitment in supporting graduates to be ready to compete in the job market. "We want UPNVJ graduates to have high competitiveness, not only in Indonesia but also at the global level. Through this Job Fair, we hope they can find career opportunities that match their interests and skills," said Catur.

Several large companies participated in the 2024 Job Fair to provide various job vacancies, attracting graduates to pursue a career. The companies include Bank Negara Indonesia, PT Pengadaian, PT Nasako Inti Artha, Legalitas Mudah, Atma, B-Universe, Koding Next, Pegadaian, PT Haswara and Karier.mu.

With the active participation of companies and high enthusiasm of job seekers, the 2024 Job Fair at UPNVJ is expected to be an effective bridge to reduce the unemployment rate of college graduates in Indonesia and strengthen collaboration between the academic world and industry.

The first day of the UPNVJ 2024 Job Fair was also considered a success thanks to the participation of 118 audiences who visited to seek information about careers at the booths of the companies they were interested in.
