Public RelationsUPNVJ - Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta (UPNVJ) and the Indonesian Entrepreneurs Chamber (KEIND) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, September 30, 2024. This collaboration is a strategic step aimed at improving the quality of education and entrepreneurship among students and academics of UPNVJ.
The signing of the MoU covers several important aspects of cooperation, including the improvement of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes education, research, and community service. Through this cooperation, both parties are committed to supporting each other in developing innovative and beneficial academic programs for students.
In addition, this MoU also includes the implementation of various activities such as seminars, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), training, mentoring, workshops, and internship programs. These activities are expected to provide opportunities for students to gain practical experience and skills relevant to the world of work and entrepreneurship.
This collaboration also focuses on empowering and improving the role of academics and human resources in the UPNVJ environment. With the support of KEIND, it is hoped that a more dynamic academic environment will be created and able to encourage the growth and development of student competencies.
As part of the implementation of the government program, this MoU also includes the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program which provides freedom of learning for students through more flexible and diverse learning activities.
Finally, both parties agreed to organize various entrepreneurial activities aimed at building an entrepreneurial spirit and skills among students.
This MoU was signed by the Chancellor of UPNVJ, represented by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Cooperation, and Information Systems of UPNVJ, and the General Chairperson of KEIND.
By signing this MoU, UPNVJ and KEIND hope to build productive collaboration and provide positive contributions to the development of a young generation that is competitive and ready to face global challenges.
