HumasUPNVJ - Entering the end of 2022, it is the right time for all UPN Veteran Jakarta employees to reflect on what has been done over the past year and plan ahead to make it even better. Therefore, the Chancellor, Anter Venus, evaluated all the implementation of tasks over the past year through the 2022 Year-End Reflection event.

This activity was held at the Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Hall (21/12/2022) and was attended by the Chancellor, Deputy Chancellors, Deans, Representatives from Faculties, Lecturers and education staff within the UPNVJ environment.

"Today we reflect on the end of the year and later it will become our basis for looking at the years to come. Guess what we will do in the future”

"We hope that today's event can produce results in the form of aspirations which can become a foothold for our future direction, including if there are also problems related to our governance in 2022, which need our attention so we can find a more comprehensive solution. Venus said in the opening of this activity.

This event presented Iwan Kresna, MM, as the moderator who guided the discussion. Broadly speaking, there are three important points discussed in this activity, the first is regarding the vision and mission of the institution, then regarding the assets owned, and the last is regarding the development of human resources and leadership.

On the sidelines of the opening, Iwan conveyed the need for cooperation from all parties to advance UPNVJ. "The Chancellor cannot be successful alone, it must be supported by all parties at UPNVJ, therefore what Prof Erna has done, includes what needs to be followed up.

As Chancellor for the 2018 – 2022 period, Prof. Erna Hernawati also shared her aspirations regarding this activity. "This is an event that I really appreciate. We haven't done it in a long time, and this event has been since the pandemic era, so we need to preserve it, because this can be a reference in the future." Erna emphasized the importance of managing land assets owned by UPN.

Several other aspirations also emerged from the participants, including from the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Business. Most of the common aspirations related to student facilities, employee welfare, research and human resources.
