HumasUPNVJ – In order to welcome the 2023 Creative Collaboration Ethics Learning Stimulation Program (Prospektiv) 2023, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta is holding training for facilitators who will later assist students in this program. The training was held on Monday (12/12) at the Grand Zuri Hotel, BSD City, Tangerang.

Prospectktiv is a program that must be followed by new students at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta which is known as a state university with a national defense identity and has graduates with superior abilities, are creative, independent, and responsible. This year, Prospektiv activities collaborate with the Wadhwani Foundation which is able to facilitate students with their web-based application.

The facilitator training begins with the delivery of material by Dr. Dion Dewa Barata, SE, MSM. from the Wadhwani Foundation. Dion explained about the Wadhwani Foundation itself and the importance of improving soft skills for students, "According to a survey, 77% of 1,000 employers say that soft skills are as important as hard skills . 67% look for candidates with good soft skills and put hard skills second. Why are soft skills important? Because it increases employability , supports career , and enhances adaptability ." Obviously Dion in his presentation.

The activity continued to the main event, namely training for facilitators from each faculty. Dion provides guidance starting from explaining the task of the facilitator itself, how the application works, as well as the existing features.

Based on the presentation, the facilitator has four main tasks, namely: 1) creating batches (opening classes); 2) inviting students (inviting students to enter class); 3) reminding students (reminding students to work on the program); and 4) get report .

Registration for Prospective 2023 Batch 1 is known to have been opened since last December 1. So far,
more than 500 students have registered from the 600 quotas provided in Batch 1. New students who have not registered are encouraged to register immediately via the link https://tinyurl.com/UPNVJ no later than December 17, 2022.
