HumasUPNVJ - UPN "Veteran" Jakarta is again holding a Creative Collaborative Ethic Learning Stimulation Program (Prospektiv) in 2023. This program has been prepared since November 2022 and is planned to start in January next year.

Prospectktiv is a program that must be followed by new students at UPN "Veteran" Jakarta which is known as a state university with a national defense identity and has graduates with superior abilities, are creative, independent, and responsible.

The difference between Prospektiv 2023 and previous years is the collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation which provides a web-based application for students to use while they are Prospektiv participants. Basically, in Prospective activities that have been held, students listen to the presentations of the speakers.

Dr. Dion Dewa Barata, SE, MSM. from the Wadhwani Foundation conveyed the results of a survey showing that nowadays soft skills are very important for students to have, "According to the survey, 77% of 1,000 employers say that soft skills are as important as hard skills . 67% look for candidates with good soft skills and put hard skills second. Why are soft skills important? Because it increases employability , supports career , and enhances adaptability ." He said on the occasion of the 2023 Prospective Facilitator Training (12/12) which was held at the Grand Zury Hotel, BSD City, Tangerang.

In connection with this fact, the implementation of Prospective 2023 emphasizes improving the soft skills of new students so that they can become graduates according to the vision of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (as mentioned in the first paragraph). Collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation is also expected to make this happen.

In Prospective 2023, students who are participants will later take the Job Rise – Intermediate course which consists of eight competencies; communication , attitude and behavioral skills , entrepreneurial mindset , interview skills , teamwork , workplace awareness , problem solving , and digital literacy .

This program is a self-paced program , which means that the participants themselves must complete the program within a maximum time limit of three months. This program is designed to be completed within 60 hours. Later participants will be faced with a test and must achieve a passing grade of at least 70.

Registration for Prospective 2023 Batch 1 is known to have been opened since last December 1. So far,
more than 500 students have registered from the 600 quotas provided in Batch 1.
