Meeting with the Supervisory Board, the Chancellor is Optimistic about the Development of UPNVJ

HumasUPNVJ - The Supervisory Board meeting is a routine agenda held by UPNVJ with the Supervisory Board. The agenda for this meeting discussed several matters related to the progress of the 4th quarter of 2022. The meeting was attended by the three members of the supervisory board, namely Prof. Tjitjik Sri Tjahjandarie, Ph.D, Ir. Iyan Rubiyanto, MA and Prof. Jamal Wiwoho (online) with the leadership of the Rector and Dean.

In his opening, the Chancellor of UPNVJ, Anter Venus conveyed regarding the agenda for the meeting "Today we can hold a meeting of the fourth quarter Supervisory Board report", said Venus

There are several things discussed, among others; Completion of land status for Tanjung Sari and Pondok Labu, preparation of master plans for 3 campus locations, preparation for international accreditation visits, preparation for library accreditation, preparation for international certification, preparation for university accreditation.

In his presentation, the Chancellor also conveyed his optimism regarding the UPNVJ development planning master plan for the next few years. Meeting participants welcomed this development plan because this development would also have implications for increasing the number of students later.

Prof. Tjijik said that the Chancellor and staff to make a chronology of each asset that still needs to be followed up. Likewise the limited land in UPNVJ. "Therefore, I agree that we can improve the lecture halls as long as it doesn't cause any new problems," said Prof. disgusted

Regarding the QS ranking, Prof. Tjijik also said that so far it has been running on the right path, "We are already on the right track, so that QS can monitor us we have to start implementing it immediately. At least it can measure how far our performance has reached, so that our graduates have high relevance to the world of work,” he continued

Also added by Prof. Jamal, there are six things that concern him; how to disseminate the main performance indicators, the second related to 2022 expenditure revenue, research funding, accreditation, achievement of IKU 8, and human resources.

Apart from Prof. Tjijik and Prof. Jamal, Ir. Iyan also said that IKU must be maximized by all academics at UPNVJ. He also emphasized assets that must be completed as soon as possible.
