HumasUPNVJ - In order to strengthen Bureaucratic Reform specifically for Public Services within UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, the Chancellor of UPNVJ assigned Public Relations of UPNVJ to make a working visit to the Municipal Government of Bekasi. Also present were the Deputy Chancellor for Division Three, Student Affairs and Cooperation, Head of the Academic Student Affairs Planning and Cooperation Bureau, Head of the Public Relations Technical Implementation Unit and several of his staff.
UPNVJ Public Relations was received directly by the Head of Public Relations Section of the Bekasi City Regional Secretary, Public Relations Pranata Sub Coordinator of Internal Documentation, Public Relations Pranata Sub Coordinator Facilitation of Media Relations and Regional Visits and their staff. Amsiyah, explained in detail regarding the openness of public information in the Bekasi City Government, "We have been awarded the Best City of Provincial Level Public Information Transparency for four years in a row. As we know, people out there really need valid information from the Public Relations of each agency. We need to know that there is some information that we can share, there is also information that is internal in nature, everything has a mechanism," said Dra. Amsiyah
The activity continued with a discussion session and sharing session from the Bekasi City Government team and the UPNVJ Public Relations team.
"The provision of public information that must be announced, the provision of public information that must be provided and announced is carried out through the Bekasi City PPID website , besides that we also have an applicant service desk in our office. So not only through online but face to face as well. PPID in its standard of office are officials from each agency and all of them are inseparable from the legal basis of PPID.
