UPNVJ Public Relations -   The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) UPN "Veteran" Jakarta attended a meeting with the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of the Depok City Government. This meeting aims to discuss research plans, community service, and also the UPN "Veteran" Jakarta business incubator.

The coordination activity was opened by the Head of Bappeda Depok City Government, Drs. Dadang Wihana, M.Sc. "From some of the research and community service that we helped correct yesterday, some have answered problems in Depok City," said Drs. Dadang Wihana, M.Sc.

Head of LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, Dr. Sri Lestari Wahyuningroem also responded that this collaboration with the City of Depok had a significant impact on research performance and community service carried out by Lecturers.

"With this collaboration, we hope there will also be assistance from Bappeda to help monitor research activities, community service, KKN, and also business incubators that will be carried out," said Dr. Sri Lestari Wahyuningroem.

The meeting was continued with presentation activities from Dr. Alif Razi as the Head of the Research Center, Dr. Firlia Ayu Arini as Head of Community Service Center, and also M. Octaviano Pratama, M.Kom as Business Incubator Manager.

Head of Bappeda Depok City, Drs. Dadang Wihana, M.Si seemed very enthusiastic about responding to the results of the presentation from LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. "Frankly, at this time I am closer to UPNVJ than other universities, because LPPM UPNVJ often coordinates so we can clearly understand the plans and progress," said the Head of the Depok City Bappeda.

Furthermore, the Head of Depok City Bappeda hopes that research and community service activities for UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Lecturers can be carried out in a spread across several locations in Depok City. "Hopefully the activities can be more spread out in several sub-districts, so that they can cover the entire community. Especially for community service activities,” said Drs. Dadang Wihana, M.Sc.

The enthusiasm of Bappeda Kota Depok is also reflected in the planned Focus Group Discussion to further discuss cooperation with UPN "Veteran" Jakarta. "Later we will hold a special FGD to discuss research, community service, cloud kitchens, and also KKN," said Drs. Dadang Vihana. M.Sc.

With the enthusiasm of Bappeda Kota Depok, LPPM UPN "Veteran" Jakarta is entrusted with coordinating and communicating the needs of lecturers in research activities and community service.

"I hope that through this collaboration, the Lecturer team and LPPM can work well with each other. I'm sure we can all produce meaningful works and contributions to the City of Depok.
