The 2023 UTBK-SNBT Implementation Monev Team consists of Deputy Chair I of SNPMB Prof. Dr. Yuliandri, SH, MH and Chief Executive of SNPMB Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Prasetyo Widyobroto, DESS., DEA., IPU.

During this visit, the monev team inspected a number of test rooms to see how the UTBK-SNBT was going. In general, from the first to the third day, the UTBK-SNBT implementation at UPNVJ ran relatively smoothly. Apart from monitoring the exam participants, the monev team also evaluates the performance of the implementing committee which ensures that the entire UTBK-SNBT 2023 series of activities runs smoothly. "Appeal to the committee to pay attention to the cheating techniques of the participants. Several other campuses have found (cheating)," said Budi.

Meanwhile, news about leaks of national exam questions always appear from year to year. In the digital era like today, there is a lot of content that claims to be able to provide 'leakage' of exam questions.

Yuliandri said that the term 'leakage' in such content is wrong. "His name was leaked, he should have gotten the questions before taking the test," he said.

According to Yuliandri, 'leaked' content that appears a lot on the internet, including on YouTube, is usually only a discussion of questions from previous years. However, if it turns out that there are questions that are really the same as the actual exam in a session, then this should be suspected of originating from cheating.

"Maybe someone cheated. Take pictures (of questions) and then send them. Or maybe someone sent people to memorize the questions, one person for one question. If there are five people, that means five questions," said Yuliandri.

However, he emphasized that this fraud was actually only limited to one specific session. For example, there are people who use certain methods to be able to get questions for Session 1, then these questions can only be 'used' in that session.

"We guarantee that Session 1 to Session 28 will not have the same questions. So that means if someone takes a picture or remembers Session 1, then there is no use for the following sessions," said Yuliandri. Session 1 refers to the first session of the UTBK-SNBT implementation, and Session 28 is the last session on the 14th day.
