"The inspector has more experience in the State Defense exam this time, the participants are more prepared because there are several participants who have participated in wave one but did not pass and tried again," said Dudy R Heryadi, UPNVJ Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs when monitoring the exam.

On the occasion, Dudy also conveyed that the State Defense exam was carried out with the intention of implementing UPNVJ as a State Defense campus, "This exam is an implementation where we dedicate ourselves as a state defense campus, which is expected that students will have a better understanding of the value of State Defense because State Defense is also included. In every aspect of lectures at UPNVJ, this is also an advantage for our students and what differentiates our students from other students," he added.

Based on the data received, the State Defense exam provided supervisors totaling 69 people, with a total of 3,294 participants which were divided into two sessions, the morning session and the afternoon session.

In its implementation, participants were asked to prepare two devices , namely laptops and cellphones where laptops are integrated into the exam application and cellphones are integrated into the supervisor's zoom link .

Participants were asked to position their cellphone cameras that are joined to zoom with a position behind the participant so that the supervisor can monitor the participant's exam process.

Before starting the exam, participants are asked to show their participant cards, diplomas or graduation certificates and personal identification to the supervisor. After the registration process is complete, the supervisor will read out the rules of conduct that must be obeyed by participants during the exam.

The exam starts when the participant has been given a test token number by the supervisor and during the exam the supervisor has the right to warn if there is suspicion of participant cheating and has the right to expel the participant from the test application if the warning given is ignored by the examinee.
