HumasUPNVJ - Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University held a Batch 2 Independent Selection Simulation (SEMA) at UPNVJ Limo Campus on Monday, July 24 2023. This simulation or trial was carried out three days before the State Defense Examination on July 27.
UPNVJ Batch 2 SEMA Examination will take place online (online). The participants will take the exam using a computer or laptop at their respective residences.
The device used in this SEMA exam is required to have a camera for monitoring functions by supervisors.
"The supervisors consist of 69 people, and there are also three reserve supervisors," said Fajar Nugroho, UPNVJ New Student Admissions Coordinator for 2023.
Heru Sugiyono, one of the supervisors, called on the participants to always be honest when taking this online exam via Zoom. It is hoped that online schemes will not be used as an opportunity to cheat.
"The participants have filled out the integrity pact and it has been signed, and this must also be accounted for," said Heru.
Meanwhile, Fajar said that the UPNVJ Batch 2 SEMA simulation was carried out to anticipate various obstacles that might occur during the exam, such as difficulty logging in or not installing the exam application.
Regarding login matters, the committee will ask participants to check the exam card again to make sure the username and password are correct. Meanwhile for participants who do not have an exam application, they are asked to do so according to the guidelines provided.
"Or you can also join the helpdesk group to get help regarding the installation stages," said Fajar. Regarding this matter, Heru advised the participants to join the WhatsApp helpdesk group according to their respective supervisors.
To the participants, Fajar appealed to make good use of the remaining time before the exam. He also asked the participants to prepare all documents (test cards, ID cards and diplomas), take the exams on time, and also pray for the best results.
UPNVJ Batch 2 SEMA State Defense Examination on 27 July 2023 will be held in two sessions. In the morning session, all participants must be ready in the Zoom room at 07.15 WIB, and the afternoon session at 12.15 WIB.
