HumasUPNVJ - Depok, 11 July 2023 - The Instructional Technique Training (PEKERTI) has been successfully opened at BBPPMPV Bispar Cinangka, Depok, West Java. This training program is an initiative to improve the professional competence of lecturers in functional positions, especially in improving pedagogical skills. The event which took place from 10 to 14 July 2023 was opened directly by the Chancellor, Dr. Anter Venus and attended by 60 lecturer participants from UPNVJ.
PEKERTI is a training program that provides opportunities for lecturers to develop instructional skills in the learning process. This program aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching in tertiary institutions by strengthening the pedagogical aspects of lecturers.
BBPPMPV Bispar Cinangka, Depok is the venue for PEKERTI which provides facilities and a conducive environment for training activities. PEKERTI participants consisted of 60 UPNVJ lecturers from various faculties and disciplines.
This training involved resource persons who are experts and experienced in the field of instructional techniques from the Indonesian University of Education (UPI). The resource persons presented materials related to the development of teaching skills, the use of technology in learning, as well as effective strategies and methods in the knowledge transfer process.
The Chancellor of Anter Venus provides full support for the implementation of PEKERTI as an effort to improve the quality of teaching at UPNVJ. He appreciated the participation and commitment of the participants in participating in this training and hoped that the pedagogical skills acquired would improve the learning process on campus.
PEKERTI is an important step in increasing the professional competence of lecturers and improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. This program provides an opportunity for lecturers to continue honing their pedagogical skills in order to provide quality and innovative teaching to students.
