CEO of Narapatih & Associates, Kirdianto Hrisikesa Putra Reveals How to Support Indonesia Gold 2045

HumasUPNVJ – "Golden Indonesia 2045" is the long-term vision of the Indonesian government which is set to realize Indonesia as a developed and sovereign country in 2045, which coincides with the centenary of the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. This vision covers various aspects of development, including economic, social, cultural, and political.

Disruption has significant potential to influence the achievement of the vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045". In this context, disruption can have both positive and negative impacts depending on how the Indonesian government, companies and society as a whole manage the changes caused by innovation and technology.

The concept of disruption refers to significant and disruptive changes in an industry or market due to innovation or technological change. Disruption changes the way business is done, often by replacing established business models with new solutions that are more efficient, affordable, or better suited to market needs.

In order to achieve the vision of "Golden Indonesia 2045" successfully, it is important for the government, the private sector, and society as a whole to jointly develop smart and sustainable strategies in dealing with disruption. This includes investing in education and training, building technology infrastructure, promoting innovation, and policies that support adaptation to the economic and social changes brought about by disruption.

On the second day of Introduction to New Student Campus Life (PKKMB) 2023 (09/08), CEO Narapatih & Associates, Kirdianto Hrisikesa Putra or who is fondly called Kirdi, discussed hidden talents and a growth mindset that can help new students "win" in facing disruption at this time.

Through his presentation entitled Unleashing Your Inner Talent and Growth Mindset in Digital Area to Support "Golden Indonesia 2045", Kirdi said that in facing the era of disruption, no one forces or requires you to change yourself.

Kirdi invited new students who took part in PKKMB activities at Tennis Indoor Senayan to see from another point of view that everything is permissible as long as they understand and accept the consequences of these actions. Every choice will definitely lead to consequences and behind these consequences there are other consequences.

Besides that, of course there are some challenges that must be faced. The first challenge that might arise is a matter of volatility. Kirdi explained that to deal with it we need a clear vision. Second, uncertainty must be responded to with the ability to understand a good problem. Next, disruption creates complexity. Therefore we need to always ensure clarity. Lastly, Kirdi alluded to the question of ambiguity where the way to deal with it is by training yourself for agility.
