HumasUPNVJ - LP3M UPN "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) seeks to encourage academic and leadership quality improvement within UPNVJ through discussions with Binaskil Academy (10/08). The discussion that took place in the LP3M UPNVJ Meeting Room was guided by and the Head of LP3M UPNVJ.

The main focus of this discussion is to organize the comprehensive training proposed by Dr. Affaro Affandy, Chief Executive Officer of Binaskil Academy. The training is held in order to develop the academic community and university management on campus.

Binaskil Academy presented a number of training programs specifically designed to address challenges in academic and leadership development. The aim of this program is to improve the quality of teaching, research and supervision at UPNVJ and to form reliable academic leadership within the university management ranks.

Dr. Affaro mentioned several training programs provided by the Binaskill Academy, including; 1) improve academic leadership for university top leaders; 2) development of international cooperation; 3) effective supervision of student research; 4) establish a university consulting office; 5) development of university training offices for corporate clients; and 6) university ranking management.

Head of LP3M UPNVJ, Satria Yudhia W., SE., MS., Ak gave a positive response to the training proposal submitted by Binaskil Academy. According to him, this is the first step towards the potential for improving academic quality and leadership at UPNVJ. Collaboration between the two entities is expected to have a positive impact on university development and academic progress.
