UPNVJ Performance Achievements in the First Quarter of 2024 On Track

Public Relations UPNVJ - Jakarta "Veteran" National Development University (UPNVJ) showed satisfactory performance in the monitoring and evaluation (monev) report of the Supervisory Board for the first quarter of the 2024 Fiscal Year (FY).

UPNVJ Chancellor Anter Venus stated that UPNVJ had seriously followed up on the Supervisory Board's direction in the monitoring and evaluation for Semester II 2023 as evaluation material for performance achievements in the first quarter of 2024.

Prof. Jamal, one of the members of the Supervisory Board, appreciated UPNVJ's achievement of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) in 2023.

"UPN Veteran Jakarta has succeeded in achieving an IKU that is in the top 10 percent nationally. This is the result of the hard work and dedication of the entire academic community," said Jamal on Wednesday, May 22 2024.

There is an important point that must be noted in UPNVJ's performance achievements in the first quarter, namely optimizing budget absorption. Among the budgets that receive attention and must be optimized for use are funds for the revitalization of state universities.

This revitalization fund is very crucial in improving campus facilities and infrastructure to support better teaching and learning processes.

Meanwhile, UPNVJ continues to discuss the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) to ensure the availability of sufficient funds for campus operations without burdening students. UPNVJ is also in the process of adding new study programs, taking into account the suitability of available classroom capacity.

"We have to ensure that every new study program that is added can be supported by adequate facilities," said Venus.

To support the addition of study programs, UPNVJ is making efforts to transfer the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (P4TK) building. It is hoped that the building can be converted to support various academic and administrative activities that require more spacious and representative space.

Overall, UPNVJ's performance achievements in the first quarter of FY 2024 show that this institution is on the right track in achieving its vision and mission. UPNVJ will continue to strive to improve the quality of education and services for all students.
