Public Relations of UPNVJ - The Chancellor of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ) Dr. Anter Venus received the Bintang Widya Mwat Yasa award from the Chancellor of the National Development University "Veteran" Yogyakarta (UPNVY) Prof. Dr. Mohamad Irhas Efendi. The award was presented to Venus who led the UPNVJ delegation in conducting a working visit to UPNVY on December 16-17, 2024.

In addition, this award was also given in the midst of the commemoration of UPNVY's 66th Dies Natalis.

This award was given as a form of appreciation for the great contribution made by Venus in her thoughts in the world of education and character building and the spirit of nationalism.

The peak event held at the UPNVY Auditorium was attended by more than 500 invited guests, including VIP officials, the leadership of the rectorate, the university senate, faculty leaders, and other supporting units.

In his speech, Prof. Irhas Efendi expressed the importance of increasing synergy between universities in realizing the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. The award given to Dr. Anter Venus is a form of appreciation for his dedication and contribution in building the progress of higher education in Indonesia.

Considered to have shown extraordinary leadership in advancing UPNVJ, Venus expressed her gratitude for the award given by UPNVY.

"This award is not only for me, but also for the entire academic community of UPN Jakarta who always work hard to bring positive changes in higher education in Indonesia," said Venus.

The 66th Anniversary of UPNVY with the theme “Toward Golden Indonesia & Smart Society with Bela Negara” was also filled with a scientific oration by Prof. Ir. Purnomo Yusgiantoro, MSc, MA, PhD, IPU, who discussed the energy transformation towards Golden Indonesia 2045. He said that energy transformation is the key to achieving sustainable national development and towards Golden Indonesia.

This award symbolizes the importance of collaboration and synergy between universities in achieving common goals, as well as encouraging the progress of Indonesian higher education towards a brighter future.
