Thursday, October 29 2015 at the Rector's Meeting Room, Floor II of the General Sudirman Building, UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between UPN "Veteran" Jakarta and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Present at the event were the Chancellor, Warek, Deans and other invitees. Present from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk is Parama Arta Kusuma Juana GM Witel South Jakarta.

These collaborations include:
1. Provision, Management, Maintenance and development of TELKOM service product facilities in the 3C program: Connectivity, Content and Community within UPN "Veteran" Jakarta:

• Connectivity , including: Broadband Internet services, Internet (connection between locations/buildings), extranet (connection between institutions)
• Content , including: Data Center services, Learning Applications (ERP operations/finance and e-Learning) , ICT tools, e-Journals and Contact Centers .
• Community, including: internet services for the community (students, lecturers and employees) to support the e-Learning every where program with wifi.ID Single Sign On (SSO) Telkomsel Flash/Close User Group (CUG).

2. Implementation of consumer education, knowledge transfer and training related to the 3C program.
3. Organizing cooperation in research, training, seminars and services related to the 3C program.
4. Organizing other collaborations in order to support educational processes and activities, especially through the 3C program within UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.
In his remarks the Chancellor said that this collaboration was very important in expanding the network, because with collaboration we can find out about things that are out of the ordinary not only by educating students through books but also with technological knowledge and in the future UPN "Veteran" Jakarta will do a lot of cooperation. Meanwhile, Parama Arta Kusuma Juana said that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia as a BUMN has a mission to participate in educating the nation and not just business, with the signing of this agreement it is hoped that in the future it can be followed up with the Faculties through PKS so that this collaboration is beneficial.
